Delivery Information

Our delivery services and charges are listed in the table below. Please select the option that is best for you at the checkout page.  Timings are estimated and are from the point of the order leaving our warehouse.

All UK orders over £50 are automatically entitled to FREE standard delivery.

UK Standard - Shipped and tracked by Royal Mail.  

UK Express - Shipped and tracked by Royal Mail.  Order before 1pm for UK Express Delivery.

EU - All EU deliveries will be tracked.  All taxes, duties and shipping charges are included in the shipping price, ensuring a smooth delivery to your door.

Rest of World - This service will be delivered through a local courier and will be tracked.  Transit time will vary depending on the location of the delivery address.   

Orders being shipped to the EU, USA and ROW that weigh over 5kg will be subject to increased delivery costs. Shipping will be calculated at checkout

Please Note: Due to the impact of COVID-19 or other reasons, we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Bermuda, Bhutan, Brunei, Cayman Islands, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Laos, Libya, Martinique, Montserrat, Nauru Island, North Korea, Saint Lucia, Syria, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Customs & Duty

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom.  We are part of the IOSS scheme; therefore, most EU orders, customs and duty charges are included in the shipping fee.  Orders above €150 may then incur further charges. 

For countries outside of the EU, orders may incur duty & other charges upon entry. Any duty, clearance, tax, or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient, and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
